I am a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, ACE-certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and I hold a Master’s degree in business. I was first introduced to CrossFit in January 2012 and it changed my entire perspective on fitness. I loved how varied each class is. You never know what you’ll be doing next. These broad-range physical challenges truly leave you prepared for anything. Strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, power, agility, coordination and more…CrossFit hits it all. The ultimate definition of fitness. I was hooked from day one and have been using CrossFit methodologies and techniques with my personal training clients and class members ever since. Results have been through the roof. I am so thankful for the opportunity to share my passion with each of you. As a wife and mother of two small children, I am a very family-oriented person and I consider the gym an extension of my family. I’ll be there for you throughout your journey and through motivation, inspiration, and of course a little perspiration I’m sure you’ll go far.

I played Division 1 baseball as a catcher at High Point University from 2003 - 2007. While at school I was a Millis-Scholar Athlete. After college I continued to play and coach baseball. I currently Co-Run a Semi-Pro baseball team which competes in the Greater Pittsburgh Federation League. In 2011 our team finished as Regional Champions and National Runners up. I was introduced to CrossFit in the summer of 2012 and absolutely hated it! But soon that hate turned into a new found passion and appreciation for total body fitness. It was hard, which is what made it great. Shortly thereafter I received my CF-L1 and knew that teaching and expanding my own knowledge of this sport was what I wanted to do with my life. CrossFit is a way of life. Get in the box!
I am a graduate of Deer Lakes High School and Allegheny College. I have competed as an athlete all of my life in various sports. During my time in school, I developed a strong passion for fitness and nutrition. Over the next decade my methods of achieving fitness constantly evolved until I found CrossFit. I was training for my third marathon when I was invited by a friend to do a workout. It was the 2012 Crossfit Games Open workout 12.1 This workout's goal was to complete a maximum number of burpees in 7 minutes. After years of workouts that lasted hours I couldn't believe how much 7 minutes could hurt. From that day on I was hooked. I was amazed by the results of CrossFit's constantly varied and intense workouts. After a year into CrossFit, I wanted to take my knowledge and growth as an athlete to the next level by becoming a Crossfit Level 1 trainer. Now coaching at CrossFit RITE I get to do something I truly love. I am blessed to have an amazing wife and son. My family comes first which makes it that much more important for me to get the most out of a few workouts a week. I have learned to get the results I want through proper nutrition and supplementation. These areas can make a huge impact on your results so please come to me with any questions.
