Strength: Death by pull-ups. In the first minute you have 1 pull-up. In the second, 2 pull-ups. Continue in this manner until you cannot complete the amount given. Comp: chest to bar pull-ups or strict pull-ups, RX: reg pull-ups (kip/butterfly permitted), scale: ring or body rows (must make contact with body to count).
