I was first introduced to CrossFit in January of 2012 and it changed my entire perspective on fitness. I loved how varied each class was. You never know what you’ll be doing next. Strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, power, agility, coordination and more…CrossFit hits it all. The ultimate definition of fitness. I was hooked from day one.
