Kaitlyn Larkin

Prior to discovering CrossFit, I have always had a passion for fitness and sports. My competitive drive in life and as an athlete quickly turned into helping and inspiring others to live healthier lifestyles. Hard work and self-discipline have always been my priority, to better myself as an athlete and instructor. I was immediately intrigued by the concepts of “race against the clock” and “constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement” upon starting CrossFit in 2013 and went on to receive my CF-L1 in 2014. 

For me, being a coach is an honor. I recognize that people have such little free time and loves to help people make the most of the best hour of their day. When I’m not coaching, I’m working out alongside the community at a 5:30a class before heading into the city where I work as a Program Manager for PNC.
