Prior to discovering CrossFit, I started my fitness journey back in 2012 when I began gaining weight for health reasons. I knew I needed to do something. I started taking boot camp classes that were very difficult to start. But I pushed myself to continue. I then ventured into a lot of barbell work, which really drove a passion in me to continue. That’s when I discovered CrossFit and everything it was about. What kept me going was the community (it’s like no other) and the constantly varied workouts and barbell work! After a while, I knew how much I loved CrossFit and had a goal of completing my Level 1 to become a coach. I knew I wanted to help other achieve and believe they can do it like others did for me. We have people from all age groups, shapes and sizes. CrossFit isn’t just for fit people, it’s to help people become fit and healthy. So come join us and be a part of something amazing!
