I was first introduced to CrossFit in January of 2012 and it changed my entire perspective on fitness. I loved how varied each class was. You never know what you’ll be doing next. Strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, power, agility, coordination and more…CrossFit hits it all. The ultimate definition of fitness. I was hooked from day one. I have been involved in many forms of fitness and finally found my true passion in CrossFit. I served in the Marine Corps, where I originally found my love of fitness. Having previously competed in Men’s Physique Bodybuilding, as well as running 6 full marathons I found CrossFit to be the perfect balance of both. In addition to CrossFit, I am also a USA Track and Field Level 1 Coach. Every day is a new and exciting challenge, both as a coach and as an athlete. Let’s get to work!
My wife and I started CrossFit in February of 2014 after workout out at different gyms. We liked the constantly varying movements, intensity of the workouts, and support of the community. In October of 2017, I completed my L1 Trainer course and began coaching at RITE. My coaching goal is to improve athletes technique and fitness level.
I am an CF-L1 coach with over 10 years of experience in crossfit, bodybuilding, strength, and conditioning. I was first introduced to Crossfit in 2015 through a friend of mine and I was instantly hooked. I loved the feeling of pushing my body to its maximum capacity. Eventually, Crossfit completely took over my training. I joined Crossfit Rite early in 2017 and became a coach in June. I really enjoy helping our members reach their full potential.
